Crab Season

It is almost crab time in the bay area people - are you ready? This year we will all have to eat just a little bit more crab to help out all those fisherman that will be hurting around here.

Beer at Joe's

I Joseph Ruvel love beer. It is true. I have loved drinking beer for awhile now but it is starting to encroach into my obsession with food. But hey I can love two things right. So now to add to my blog of one - I add a new forkandpen creation - Beer at Joe's. The Girl and I will dive right into the world of beer - tasting, learning, and asking lots of questions. It will undoubtedly be real tough and boy am I looking forward to it. I will try to keep up posting food stuff here and maybe a few cross posts just to keep things fancy.

Come along and have a few beers on us.

Joe's Pizza in NYC is not my favorite pizza of all time but it is some damn good pizza. Now suprisingly, at least to me, there is going to be a Joe's Pizza - LA!
